Prior to founding The Link, Hugh served as a general manager at the Construction Specifications Institute. The first part of his career was spent in technology marketing and strategy for Sony, AOL, Philips Electronics and other senior roles.

Hugh lives in Austin, Texas with his dog, Bob.

Austin started his career in marketing, working as a Head of Local Marketing for the Downtown Orlando area of a restaurant. It was there that he learned the ins and outs of the software and how it can meet our clients’ needs. Now, as an Implementation Specialist, Austin makes use of his extensive RedTeam Flex knowledge to equip clients with the tools and know-how they need to ensure successful utilization of RedTeam Flex.

From best practices on creating highly configurable owner contract templates to save you time and create efficiencies for your team, to tips on creating and managing project budgets. We’ll discuss how you can harness forecasting capabilities to effectively track your projects and award subcontractors. Additionally, we will spend time going over the Job Cost Statement, a financial tool for project managers that tracks project revenue and expenses like an accounting team would, giving a clear picture of profitability. This goes beyond basic “committed costs” reports used for day-to-day project management. Elevate your project management skills with this workshop.

Ted brings his experience working for a General Contractor in Texas as an Assistant Project Manager to RedTeam. During his previous career as an APM, he helped project managers stay on track with their projects. He’s experienced with subcontracts, pay applications‌ and communicating with subcontractors to help create a construction schedule. Ted lives with his wife and eight-year-old twins just outside Ft. Worth, Texas.

Joanne Carrabis is the Director of Construction Operations for Iron Fish Construction, LLC. Joanne is responsible for the oversight of all contracts to ensure compliance with all Iron Fish, client‌ and subcontractor requirements. In addition to her contract management responsibilities, Ms. Carrabis serves as the key client and vendor point of contact for billing and job tracking, along with the oversight of the Risk Management Department.

Joanne has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and contract administration. Prior to joining Iron Fish, Joanne Carrabis managed the day-to-day operations and the accounting department for Tower Hill Corporation. Prior to Tower Hill, she worked for Kettler’s development team where she was responsible for the bonding and contract agreements for over 10 years. In this role she supported the Senior VP of Land and Community Development, the VP of Land Development‌ and the Director of Bonds and Agreements.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Joanne Carrabis enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, gardening‌ and traveling in her spare time.
