How is RedTeam pricing structured?
RedTeam pricing is based on your Active Project Value (APV), which is the total value of projects you’re actively managing in the platform. Smaller APV tiers can receive an estimated annual price through the calculator, while larger accounts are custom quoted so RedTeam can tailor pricing to the size and complexity of the business.
Will I be charged for every user or project?
No. RedTeam pricing is not based on charging you for every user or every individual project. Your price is tied to your active project volume, so your team can use the platform without worrying that every added user or job will trigger a separate charge.
What’s included with my RedTeam subscription?
Your RedTeam subscription gives your team a working foundation to manage jobs, collaborate across project teams, and get support as you roll out the platform. Some expanded capabilities, like accounting integrations, may be available for an additional cost depending on your setup.
How do I know if RedTeam is worth the cost?
The pricing calculator estimates more than your cost — it also shows projected annual savings, ROI, and payback period based on your project volume and current reporting workload. From there, the RedTeam team can walk through the estimate with you and help validate the numbers for your business case.
What happens if my project volume changes during the year?
RedTeam pricing can adjust as your active project volume changes. If your workload grows, your pricing can scale up; if larger jobs close out and your APV drops, your price scales back down instead of locking you into a higher tier forever.
