The challenge
After speaking with Jim Hopper, General Manager at 38North, he said they decided to implement RedTeam because they were “looking for a system that would combine all phases of the construction – opportunities, preconstruction/estimating, contract admin, contracts, submittals, RFI’s, changes/pay applications, and accounting. RedTeam does all this and provides a single platform for all things construction.”
The solution

One concern that clients have when implementing RedTeam is that external stakeholders will have difficulty adopting the new system. From Hopper’s experience, he says that “the training provided in the videos is a good start to using the system, they all understand and see the benefits of having a solid system.”
