Updated User Interface: RedTeam Flex
We are excited to be launching a major UI update throughout the entire product. Upon logging in you may have immediately noticed the new color scheme, updated menu, and more changes. Keep reading below for more details.
What’s New?
- A new Company Dashboard with option to toggle to the News Feed
- RedTeam Flex New Logo
- Updated left-side menu with new icons
- Chat icon has been relocated to the bottom-left corner of the page
- Updated icons on the Manage screens with labels (New, Filter, View, etc.)
- Updated icons at the top of the screen with labels (Action Items, Bounced Emails, etc.)
- A new dropdown at the top of the page to navigate to Recent and Favorite Projects
- Recent = the last 5 Projects you visited
- Favorite = Projects you have indicated as “Favorites” by clicking the star next to the Project name

All users. Every user who logs in will see these changes.
Company Dashboard
As soon as you log in, you’ll see the newest Dashboard landing page. This new page has several tiles, all of which can be moved and/or hidden based on your personal preferences. See below for definitions for each tile. In addition, some functions have moved into the new Dashboard.
Who is impacted by this update?
All users. Every user who logs in will see the Dashboard.
Why would you use it?
Depending on your role, you may choose to show or hide certain Dashboard tiles. For instance, Project Managers and members of the operations team may want to see their Inbox and the To Do tiles to quickly see what is pending. Controllers and accounting teams may prefer the financial tiles like Accounts Payable and Receivable.
How to use this feature
- To hide a tile: click the X in the top right corner of the tile
- To move a tile: click and hold to drag & drop the tile anywhere on the Dashboard
- To show a tile: click the “Add” icon and select the tile(s) to show
- To see the tile definitions: click the “Help” icon
RedTeam Flex Mobile: Updated User Interface
Users in the field who use the mobile app formerly known as FieldShare will see new changes in the latest update.
What’s New?
- A new name, RedTeam Flex Mobile (formerly known as “FieldShare”)
- Updated color scheme
- Updated UI (fonts, icons, etc.)

Everyone who uses the mobile app.
Why would you use it?
This update is intended to improve your overall experience using the mobile application.
How to use this feature
This change is included in the latest app update (v 1.0.37).
